1. PCB Layout Design Engineer

5+ years CAD/PCB design
Proficient in Cadence Allegro
Must be proficient with High speed / High density board design/layout, Blind and buried vias
Familiarity with all phases of hardware development including: schematic entry, manually generated constraints and/or understand the requirements of the constraints, and board layout
A self-starter, highly motivated, with excellent organizational skills
Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written

2. Hardware Engineer (Analog/Digital/Mixed signal)

7-10 years experience as a hardware design engineer, taking designs from concept to manufacturing on aggressive development schedules
Expertise in hardware, PCB, and high-speed design methodologies
Excellent communication skills, with experience developing functional specifications based on product requirement documents and inputs from cross-functional teams
Schematic capture experience using Or-cad or Concept-HDL
Solid understanding of digital logic, signal integrity, power circuitry, and high-speed PCB design techniques
Experience with FPGAs, Ethernet PHYs, DDR and QDR Memories, CPUs, switching power supplies
Understanding of manufacturing design issues, including DFT & DFM
Experience conducting and coordinating DVT, including SI characterization, environmental testing, power characterization, stress testing
Experience debugging complex systems
Experience with 10G serdes and high-speed serial interfaces is desired
